M/s Concepcion Interiors Pte Ltd was the main contractor for the above interior-work projects carried out for Sloane Clinic in the year of 2011 (for MBS) and 2013 (for CH & ION).

They had done a remarkable job in carrying out the interior work at SC-MBS in the year 2011. That was the first experience we had with them and they had illustrated professionalism throughout the entire project. As most of the work were to be carried out after office hours and on weekends to minimize disruption and inconvenience to existing tenants. The ability to organise the work is a testament to their administrative and site-organising capabilities. We are particularly pleased with their attention to details, site planning, prompt response, proper site supervision and good workmanship that commensurate with timely completion. With the satisfactory completion of SC-MBS, we have built up the confidence with them and we continued to embark on the second project at SC-CH and so on with our latest at SC-ION. This letter of recommendation is to given to M/s Concepcion Interiors Pte Ltd in appreciation and recognition of their efforts involved in the proposal and execution of enhancement/ renovation project for Chevron Oronite office @ Jurong Island in the Phase 1 work.

The company was awarded as the main contractor for the above project. The Phase 1 work at level 1 commenced on 31 May 2014 and was completed on 30 September 2014. Currently, they are into the Phase 2 work at level 2of the project ans expected to completed by 31 December 2014.

The Company has done a remarkable job in carrying out the Phase 1 work as the project was fast pacing and required them to complete their work for the first floor within a stipulated time span. They have illustrated professionalism throughout the entire work with commitment in the design, project execution and completion.
