He is also a safety coordinator who help to manage and supervise activities to reduce the risk of accidents within the workplace.

Joined CONCEPCION since year 2015. He has extensive experience of working within the construction sector by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and site workers.

With 30+ years of industry experience, Jack of all trades and Master of all, Mr Tan effectively oversees all projects with finesse.

He has spent his career shaping the city that he loves with significant contributions in the institutional, commercial, hotel and residential sectors.

Joined CONCEPCION since year 2008. She is a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor with more than 10 years’ experiences in construction sector, were providing a full range of Pre and Post contract quantity surveying duties.
